Characterisation of the building:

The building is a Cultural monument.


Within three minutes, you can reach the state chamber (Staatskanzlei), the Hessisches Staatstheater theatre and the Casino located in the historical Spa Hotel (Kurhaus). All daily necessities and conveniences are offered just around the corner. The central station and the freeway are reachable within few minutes.

Alteration / Restoration:

1991 - 1994
All in all, an area of 30.000 QM was remodelled and painted.

Twenty of the twenty-five units of the property were completely rebuild, that contains an area of 2,000 QM. A area of approximately 1.000 QM was created for residential and business purposes.
A new bell and a matching intercommunication system were installed in the whole building. A cable television connection has been placed in every apartment. Approximately 145 containers, each filled with 6 cubic metre construction wastes were removed from the building during the alteration works.
We have over 1.400 pictures from turning the first sod until the completion of the building, which keep record about all building measures.
