It takes only few minutes walk to reach the Hessische Staatstheater, the historical spa hotel (Kurhaus) and the casino. The spa garden (Kurpark) and the Wilhelmstraße with its exclusive shops and cafes are very close to the building. Characterisation of the building:

This stately, white villa was reconstructed affectionately, carefully and with professional know-how. It is a cultural monument out of artistic reasons.
Opposite to the main building is the coachman house. During the reconstruction work, the coachman house was remodelled to a unique loft. It is a enrichment, not only for the city Wiesbaden, but also for all architecture and design enthusiasts.

A cultural monument shines up in new grace!

The arrangement of colour, material, design, and light in the interior space generates a Mediterranean atmosphere.
All apartments are generously proportioned and very bright. Each apartment has marble daylight bathrooms, a mirror on wall, first-class sanitary accessories as well as a Jacuzzi and glass shower.
Halogen bulbs were artfully built in the ceilings of all rooms

Several unique features of the apartments:
- Premium built-in kitchen
- Wooden parquet and marble floors
- Exclusive marble bathrooms with a Jacuzzi and glass shower
- Gull wing doors
- Restored stucco work
- High ceilings, typical for old buildings
- Cloak rooms
- Terraces
- Parking place
- Cellar

In the topmost floor we find the most luxurious, light-flooded penthouse.
Many huge windows make the light flood all rooms.
There is an open kitchen, as well as three bedrooms, a huge living-room with an open chimney.
Regarded from the entrance hall it looks like a very rustic chimney, but inside the living-room it appears as a masterpiece of marble elegance.
During the day, the sun is wandering from terrace to terrace, all around the house.
